- **What was changed:**
- Renamed top-level directories: `stirling-pdf` → `app/core`, `common` →
`app/common`, `proprietary` → `app/proprietary`.
- Updated all path references in `.gitattributes`, GitHub workflows
(`.github/workflows/*`), scripts (`.github/scripts/*`), `.gitignore`,
Dockerfiles, license files, and template settings to reflect the new
structure.
- Added a new CI job `check-generateOpenApiDocs` to generate and upload
OpenAPI documentation.
- Removed redundant `@Autowired` annotations from `TempFileShutdownHook`
and `UnlockPDFFormsController`.
- Minor formatting and comment adjustments in YAML templates and
resource files.
- **Why the change was made:**
- To introduce a clear `app/` directory hierarchy for core, common, and
proprietary modules, improving organization and maintainability.
- To ensure continuous integration and Docker builds continue to work
seamlessly with the reorganized structure.
- To automate OpenAPI documentation generation as part of the CI
pipeline.

# Description of Changes
- Added `charset = utf-8` and defined `indent_size = 2` for `*.css`,
`*.json`, `*.jsonc`, and `*.yml` in `.editorconfig` to ensure consistent
formatting across file types.
- Improved labeler rules in `.github/labeler-config-srvaroa.yml` by
expanding path coverage for labeling Java and CI-related files.
- Upgraded pre-commit hooks:
- `ruff` from `v0.11.11` to `v0.12.0`
- `gitleaks` from `v8.26.0` to `v8.27.2`
- Updated `codespell` args to ignore new terms like `thirdParty`,
`tabEl`, `tabEls`.
- Enhanced `.vscode/settings.json` and `extensions.json`:
- Added formatting rules for `json`, `jsonc`, `markdown`, `python`, and
`gradle` files.
- Included additional extensions for Markdown and Gradle.
- Applied detailed HTML formatting preferences.

- Updated `ruff` from v0.11.6 to v0.11.11 and `gitleaks` from v8.24.3 to
v8.26.0 in `.pre-commit-config.yaml`
- Bumped Java formatter version from 1.26.0 to 1.27.0 in VSCode settings
(`.vscode/settings.json`) and in `build.gradle` (googleJavaFormat)
- Standardized quoting for the `jacoco` plugin in `build.gradle`
- Cleaned up indentation and removed extra whitespace in test
dependencies
- **Why the change was made**:
To keep our linting and formatting tools up to date with the latest
stable releases—bringing in bug fixes, performance improvements, and
maintaining consistency across environments.
