Subject: [PATCH] Update README.md

I created a prompt that allows us to save any new and interesting prompts directly within the ChatGPT chat. This feature helps in keeping track of valuable prompts for future reference. Whenever I need to check or search for a specific saved prompt, I can simply request it, and ChatGPT will provide the saved prompt in response. This makes it much easier to revisit and use previously saved prompts without the need to re-enter them manually.
